Vernon was incredible!! Very very good at guiding me thru what needed to be done and letting me know what diy tips and tricks should never happen! I was so blind and naive and honestly I'm not a tool guy or maintenence person. I know nothing about hardware so vernon (without being condescending) did his best explaining what I really need to know, and he did his thing. He was so kind and helpful. I have been having knee problems, so it was also good that he let me nap while he worked. He likes cars!! And movies!! So if you get Vernon, please treat him with the utmost care and respect ever, because he will do the same for you.

From their sweeping their feet on the doormat each & *every* time, to the way they gingerly moved our household items & curtains out of their way. Matthew the technician was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was careful to wear shoe protectors, lay down mats during installation. Highly recommend this technician for his friendly professionalism. Although the pricing seems high we are satisfied with the lock replacement and double pane glass replacement for one small bathroom window.

I like how they send a text or email with the tech's name and photo.. they're open 24 hours,but couldn't send anyone right away after midnight so I had to take the 9am-noon appointment.. I was damn freezing all night couldn't even sleep..Angel tellez was very nice spoke very calm and understood my disability being deaf.. I understood him speaking to me..I was given discount, but still felt the price was high..He did a very good job on the window.. took his time which was ok to me.. cleaned up the broken glass pieces.. etc..Thank you for the repair..

Jonathan Perez and Andy replced three windows of my house yesterday. They had very good jobs. They carefully covered the floor and the bustub before remove the old windows.
