Had an issue with my sliding glass door not locking and the screen door not closing. Pedro came by for an estimate but let me know he could take care of the job that day with just a few adjustments. I appreciate companies that don’t try to push entire replacements on you. Pedro was punctual, worked effectively and completed the work in short order. We bought the house a year ago and the door was sticky. Little did I know how much dirt/debris was in the channel nor the wheels conditions. When the tech(Rally) arrived, he was professional and explained everything. You can tell he was skilled and experienced at the work. I took some pictures for reference. The door slides effortlessly now, so much so that my kids are constantly slamming it shut. I recommend this service over new door since you avoid the stucco and drywall work(assuming the seals are still good).

My sliding door was scraping and hard to open and close. The sliding Door Repair sent a service person to repair and add new rollers, clean all the sliders. He cleaned up all the equipment and left my door sounding and working like it was brand new. It's still opening and closing almost silently! These guys successfully performed a tricky repair to our custom wood sliding door with a clever solution. After their repair and patching, and a little paint touch up, we’re good as new. My condo‘s windows are of vertical-sliding style and one side of my wall and windows facing sunlight in afternoon.Due to the heat from sun light, after years, some windows won’t be able open any more.I have tried to find some experts who will be ablet to fix the issue in vain.All the responses are “ We do not fix windows. We install new windows. I have no reference for you who will be able to fix window for this type of problem. ”Kind of frustrated after several research by myself, however I won‘t give up and forward this issue to HOA of my subdivision. Original visit was unsuccessful in repair but Eric came out to see whether the company could help me. He was confident the door could be repaired and sent another team out who were able to replace the rollers on the sliding patio door and also two windows whose rollers were aging. The 2 repair staff members were wonderful! Uncommonly courteous (in these days of short tempers), and highly effective. They replaced the track wheel set so that my sliding door truly could slide again! Went from fully stuck to gliding on air... better than on the day the door was installed.I chose the right company. They had the proper replacement parts with them, and left my atrium cleaner than when they arrived. They removed rust that had accumulated on the door track, and burnished the rail to eliminate friction. This is a double-sided door, and the doors fully bypass and open from both ends. The opposite panel is still working at 85%, so did not need work, however the team kindly Spent some time also burnishing the 2nd track; now both sides are functioning really well!Absolutely perfect result and lovely people. BRAVO!

This is the second time I have used SDRC. To be honest, the name made it simple to recognize and call. They were responsive, friendly and professional. Though they quote a certain amount of time to do the repair, they only took about 10 minutes (or less). In my case, they had to remove the heavy door, and replace the rolling mechanism. My only suggestion is that when you call them, make sure you are aware of the door size. The smaller doors will only require 1 person, whereas the larger doors (heavy) will require 2 people. Make sure they acknowledge the size because they may make the assumption that it is smaller and only order 1 person... they did that with me. So confirm before the appointment! The end result was that the door is quiet and smooth! I'd use them again for sure.

We needed a repair for a crank casement window and every company that I called to repair - said the job was too small or just wanted to replace the window. Sliding Repair Co told me that they repair, sent someone out who gave us an honest quote, and everything was finished within about two weeks.
