I had a window pulley cord break in a historic home. Technician James was excellent at figuring out what was needed, ordering the part, and doing the repair. The repair was completed within a week from original service call. James was respectful of the property and minimizing the damage in process of doing the repair. He took care to ensure the window functions properly. He cleaned up after work was done. Great experience! It was a pricey repair, but a job well done.

We had a window in a pop-out at the kitchen sink that leaked during the 2026 winter rain storms. The windows are replacements from a previous owner, so no idea who installed them. The Sliding Door Repair Company was the only company interested in working on it. They provided a custom nail-in that fit perfectly and they recommended a stucco guy that did a fantastic job.

Vernon was incredible!! Very very good at guiding me thru what needed to be done and letting me know what diy tips and tricks should never happen! I was so blind and naive and honestly I'm not a tool guy or maintenence person. I know nothing about hardware so vernon (without being condescending) did his best explaining what I really need to know, and he did his thing. He was so kind and helpful. I have been having knee problems, so it was also good that he let me nap while he worked. He likes cars!! And movies!! So if you get Vernon, please treat him with the utmost care and respect ever, because he will do the same for you.

Love my new door. The installers Jonathan and Andy were very polite very respectful and did a great job. The door is gorgeous. I would have liked to had more communication from the procurement group as to why the door itself was delayed.
