I called around to several glass companies to get a broken window replaced and from the time they answered my phone call to the final window being installed, everyone was great. Excellent customer service on the phone to set up the appointment and complete transparency about what to expect when the technician arrived. When Hung got the the home he was fantastic. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about the best way to get my window fixed and made sure I knew exactly what to expect for timeline and pricing. Hung made quick work of installing the replacement window and the finished product looks amazing. Would highly recommend this company for any of your glass needs in Orange County. Thanks again Hung!

Armando & Sam from the Sliding Door Repair Company provided exceptional service: they arrived on time, were efficient in taking care of replacing required screens & glass, cleaned up all areas to look better than when they came, and made sure I saw all completed work before leaving. My one comment is that management bumped my scheduled follow-up visit to service another client, requiring me to make new arrangements; however, that should not reflect on the quality of service provided by Armando & Sam.

Above and beyond!!I’m very impressed with the response from this company. I had a break in and was very concerned with the safety of my beach home. I called and from the moment of booking someone to come out to the service call. They scheduled me the same day and had my glass ready to install the following day. Deja went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and the technician was very professional and kind. 10/10 will recommend

Erik was great! He measured, fixed the one screen we had, and put in an order for another screen we needed. Took only 1 week and they were installed and great! Erik is a great problem solver, the screen was ordered too large on accident but he cut it and fit it to my window to correct the issue without having a delay!

Replacing our patio screen door had to be specially done as the base cement had shifted. After the cement was removed and the patio installed, the Technician was just gonna leave the hole there. The work order that explained they don’t do concrete was sent to the wrong address. To cut the long story short, Tina got involved and the issue was resolved by discounting it to allow us to hire a handyman to repair the hole. A great company that I will definitely recommend. Thanks Tina!!

Had an issue with my sliding glass door not locking and the screen door not closing. Pedro came by for an estimate but let me know he could take care of the job that day with just a few adjustments. I appreciate companies that don’t try to push entire replacements on you. Pedro was punctual, worked effectively and completed the work in short order. We bought the house a year ago and the door was sticky. Little did I know how much dirt/debris was in the channel nor the wheels conditions. When the tech(Rally) arrived, he was professional and explained everything. You can tell he was skilled and experienced at the work. I took some pictures for reference. The door slides effortlessly now, so much so that my kids are constantly slamming it shut. I recommend this service over new door since you avoid the stucco and drywall work(assuming the seals are still good).

My condo‘s windows are of vertical-sliding style and one side of my wall and windows facing sunlight in afternoon.Due to the heat from sun light, after years, some windows won’t be able open any more.I have tried to find some experts who will be ablet to fix the issue in vain.All the responses are “ We do not fix windows. We install new windows. I have no reference for you who will be able to fix window for this type of problem. ”Kind of frustrated after several research by myself, however I won‘t give up and forward this issue to HOA of my subdivision. Weeks later, finally HOA got some lead and here came ”Sliding Door“ representative.Surprisingly, all the four (4) windows were fixed without any difficulty by their amazing skills.I watched the whole time and impressed by their profession and efficiency.The price I though was a little pricy at begining, then my mind changed when I saw how the work was done so amazingly and professionally. I had a wonderful experience with the Sliding Door Repair company. Their supplier sent very heavy glass for a large window and I was unable to initially open the window. When I told them about the situation, they quickly sent someone out to look at the problem and ordered new glass. Then the company provided a discount for my troubles. Excellent customer service!

Wonderful experience from my initial contact to installation of my new screen door. I contacted them online and received a call back the next day. Technicians were sent out a couple of days later to take measurements and I received an estimate the next day. The new screen door was ordered and installed within 10 days.
