Josh was very thorough and gave me more than one option to address my closet doors. In addition, he replaced the patio door’s locking unit and kept on adjusting it until both my 95 yr old mom and myself were satisfied with the feel and ease of locking and unlocking the door. He also showed us how and where the older unit had malfunction. Excellent work!

This company has been so amazing. Not only the technicians, but also the owner.First they came out to my home to replace a window we broke. They were on time, and got the job done quick and beautifully. The pricing was even better than we had anticipated.A few days later, I called them to go and see my mom with her broken windows and cabinet. I just had the pocket doors in my house serviced. The technician sent out was Justin. I was given a heads up text before arrival as promised and the window for arrival was met. Justin was able to get all the doors in need of repair back to working properly. He left the areas he worked in clean. My doors are operable now and the work is guaranteed which is nice. I am happy with the service. Justin was great.

Andy was great. Courteous, on time, wore shoe covers, and explained the wear and tear of sliders. We had our double panes sliding door wheels replaced and a general tune up and weather stripping replaced. Took about an hour and a half & slider is very smooth now.

Very thorough, pleasent and knowledgeable. Was not able to speak with him afterwards. Minor adjustment needed on locking mechanism and indicated he would replace weatherstiping and don't know if he ran out or had weatherstiping that didn't fit?Otherwise we are well pleased with the operation.

We recently had 3 mirror closet doors replaced with The Sliding Door Repair Company. Our old doors were outdated and not working well. Our new doors are beautiful! They’re exactly what I was hoping for! James was our technician for our quote and install day. He was so kind and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and offer helpful recommendations. We’ve been living with rickety doors for 10 years and had been told by other companies that we’d have to rip the drywall out to repair the doors. My first point of contact was with Eric, who handled Customer Service/dispatch. He was very courteous and professional throughout the interaction provided a service window between 12:30 PM and 4 PM.At 12:09 PM I received both a text and an email containing the profile and picture of the technician, Matthew, who would be arriving to repair my door.At 12:15 Matthew personally called to provide an updated ETA of approximately 45 minutes.Matthew arrived at 12:46 PM approximately 14 minutes earlier than expected. He was courteous and professional maintained good eye contact was well groomed and immediately demonstrated attention to detail by putting protective covers over his shoes before entering the home. Additionally, he laid down a protective blanket in the work area before beginning work.Matthew promptly assessed the repair needs, provide provided a clear estimate, thoroughly explained the work to be performed, and reviewed the warranty coverage.Then he got right to work and completed the repair by 1:30 PM.Overall, this was an outstanding customer service experience from start to finish.Excellent communication, professionalism, punctuality, and workmanship throughout.Easily a five star experience!

I had a dual pane window that I could not close. I contacted Sliding Door Repair and spoke with Valerie. They were able to come out the next morning. Armando was able to fix the one window and ordered parts needed for two other windows. Armando was able to fix all three windows!!!! I could not be happier with his work!!!! I had a window pulley cord break in a historic home. Technician James was excellent at figuring out what was needed, ordering the part, and doing the repair. The repair was completed within a week from original service call. James was respectful of the property and minimizing the damage in process of doing the repair. He took care to ensure the window functions properly. He cleaned up after work was done. Great experience! It was a pricey repair, but a job well done.
