One of the glass panes cracked and completely spider webb'd when I closed it shut. Thankfully it didn't completely shatter. I called "The Sliding Door Repair Company" and they were able to send someone out within a couple of hours. Christian arrived and was FANTASTIC! He was able to remove the damaged glass pane and taped up the perimeter to catch any loose glass. He even cleaned up after himself. He was very polite, respectful, and efficient. The cost was my only issue. It cost me $1000 to replace the glass. The company is definitely not the cheapest, but I can't complain about the service. They came out very quickly and sent a phenomenal employee. Thanks again, Christian. Much appreciated.

Christian arrived well within the scheduled time window and quickly evaluated my loose door hinge issue. He suggested options as to how a repair could be made with corresponding costs and recommended what he thought would be the most appropriate solution which I agreed to accept. He then efficiently fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. As with all repairs, only time will tell how good of a job was actually done but as of now, my only issue would be with the $275 cost; however, if this turns out to be a long lasting resolution then it's worth it and a job well done.
