This company is full of great people who really helped me understand what they were doing. I needed a new doggy door for my pup Scoop. He is a 25lb cattle dog so he is always on the run, and he loves to sun bathe so I wanted to get him a door so he could do so at his own wim! And the guys and gals at the Sliding Door Repair Company were just great. The girls in the office helped work around my schedule and get me an appointment as quickly as possible. The technician that came to my house was such a great guy, he gave me my estimate and even said hello to Scoop who was all to happy to gain a new friend. They gave me a return time and date and came and installed the new screen and dog door. The tech did tell me that it takes some time for some pets to get used to it and Scoop was hesitant at first but with a little treat coaxing from his new friend he was bouncing in and out like it was old news. I can't thank the folks at the Sliding door repair company- they made my day and my pups!

Above and beyond!!I’m very impressed with the response from this company. I had a break in and was very concerned with the safety of my beach home. I called and from the moment of booking someone to come out to the service call. They scheduled me the same day and had my glass ready to install the following day. Erik was great! He measured, fixed the one screen we had, and put in an order for another screen we needed. Took only 1 week and they were installed and great! Erik is a great problem solver, the screen was ordered too large on accident but he cut it and fit it to my window to correct the issue without having a delay!

Replacing our patio screen door had to be specially done as the base cement had shifted. After the cement was removed and the patio installed, the Technician was just gonna leave the hole there. The work order that explained they don’t do concrete was sent to the wrong address. To cut the long story short, Tina got involved and the issue was resolved by discounting it to allow us to hire a handyman to repair the hole. A great company that I will definitely recommend. Thanks Tina!!

We bought the house a year ago and the door was sticky. Little did I know how much dirt/debris was in the channel nor the wheels conditions. When the tech(Rally) arrived, he was professional and explained everything. You can tell he was skilled and experienced at the work. I took some pictures for reference. The door slides effortlessly now, so much so that my kids are constantly slamming it shut. I recommend this service over new door since you avoid the stucco and drywall work(assuming the seals are still good).

My condo‘s windows are of vertical-sliding style and one side of my wall and windows facing sunlight in afternoon.Due to the heat from sun light, after years, some windows won’t be able open any more.I have tried to find some experts who will be ablet to fix the issue in vain.All the responses are “ We do not fix windows.
