Erik was great! He measured, fixed the one screen we had, and put in an order for another screen we needed. Took only 1 week and they were installed and great! Erik is a great problem solver, the screen was ordered too large on accident but he cut it and fit it to my window to correct the issue without having a delay!

Replacing our patio screen door had to be specially done as the base cement had shifted. After the cement was removed and the patio installed, the Technician was just gonna leave the hole there. The work order that explained they don’t do concrete was sent to the wrong address. To cut the long story short, Tina got involved and the issue was resolved by discounting it to allow us to hire a handyman to repair the hole. A great company that I will definitely recommend. Thanks Tina!!

Had an issue with my sliding glass door not locking and the screen door not closing. Pedro came by for an estimate but let me know he could take care of the job that day with just a few adjustments. We bought the house a year ago and the door was sticky. Little did I know how much dirt/debris was in the channel nor the wheels conditions. When the tech(Rally) arrived, he was professional and explained everything. You can tell he was skilled and experienced at the work. I took some pictures for reference. The door slides effortlessly now, so much so that my kids are constantly slamming it shut. I recommend this service over new door since you avoid the stucco and drywall work(assuming the seals are still good).

My sliding door was scraping and hard to open and close. The sliding Door Repair sent a service person to repair and add new rollers, clean all the sliders. He cleaned up all the equipment and left my door sounding and working like it was brand new. It's still opening and closing almost silently! My condo‘s windows are of vertical-sliding style and one side of my wall and windows facing sunlight in afternoon.Due to the heat from sun light, after years, some windows won’t be able open any more.I have tried to find some experts who will be ablet to fix the issue in vain.All the responses are “ We do not fix windows. We install new windows. I have no reference for you who will be able to fix window for this type of problem. ”Kind of frustrated after several research by myself, however I won‘t give up and forward this issue to HOA of my subdivision. Weeks later, finally HOA got some lead and here came ”Sliding Door“ representative.Surprisingly, all the four (4) windows were fixed without any difficulty by their amazing skills.I watched the whole time and impressed by their profession and efficiency.The price I though was a little pricy at begining, then my mind changed when I saw how the work was done so amazingly and professionally. I had a wonderful experience with the Sliding Door Repair company. Their supplier sent very heavy glass for a large window and I was unable to initially open the window. When I told them about the situation, they quickly sent someone out to look at the problem and ordered new glass. Then the company provided a discount for my troubles. Excellent customer service!

Wonderful experience from my initial contact to installation of my new screen door. I contacted them online and received a call back the next day. Technicians were sent out a couple of days later to take measurements and I received an estimate the next day. The new screen door was ordered and installed within 10 days. The 2 repair staff members were wonderful! Uncommonly courteous (in these days of short tempers), and highly effective. They replaced the track wheel set so that my sliding door truly could slide again! Went from fully stuck to gliding on air... better than on the day the door was installed.I chose the right company. They had the proper replacement parts with them, and left my atrium cleaner than when they arrived. They removed rust that had accumulated on the door track, and burnished the rail to eliminate friction. This is a double-sided door, and the doors fully bypass and open from both ends. The opposite panel is still working at 85%, so did not need work, however the team kindly Spent some time also burnishing the 2nd track; now both sides are functioning really well!Absolutely perfect result and lovely people. BRAVO!

This is the second time I have used SDRC. To be honest, the name made it simple to recognize and call. They were responsive, friendly and professional. Though they quote a certain amount of time to do the repair, they only took about 10 minutes (or less). In my case, they had to remove the heavy door, and replace the rolling mechanism. My only suggestion is that when you call them, make sure you are aware of the door size. The smaller doors will only require 1 person, whereas the larger doors (heavy) will require 2 people. Make sure they acknowledge the size because they may make the assumption that it is smaller and only order 1 person... they did that with me. So confirm before the appointment! The end result was that the door is quiet and smooth! I'd use them again for sure.
