Christian arrived well within the scheduled time window and quickly evaluated my loose door hinge issue. He suggested options as to how a repair could be made with corresponding costs and recommended what he thought would be the most appropriate solution which I agreed to accept. He then efficiently fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. As with all repairs, only time will tell how good of a job was actually done but as of now, my only issue would be with the $275 cost; however, if this turns out to be a long lasting resolution then it's worth it and a job well done.

Replacing our patio screen door had to be specially done as the base cement had shifted. After the cement was removed and the patio installed, the Technician was just gonna leave the hole there. The work order that explained they don’t do concrete was sent to the wrong address. To cut the long story short, Tina got involved and the issue was resolved by discounting it to allow us to hire a handyman to repair the hole. A great company that I will definitely recommend.
