One of the glass panes cracked and completely spider webb'd when I closed it shut. Thankfully it didn't completely shatter. I called "The Sliding Door Repair Company" and they were able to send someone out within a couple of hours. Christian arrived and was FANTASTIC! He was able to remove the damaged glass pane and taped up the perimeter to catch any loose glass. He even cleaned up after himself. He was very polite, respectful, and efficient. The cost was my only issue. It cost me $1000 to replace the glass. The company is definitely not the cheapest, but I can't complain about the service. They came out very quickly and sent a phenomenal employee. Thanks again, Christian. Much appreciated.

they arrived within 30min of the 4 hour window given, they went right to work, no breaks, no lunch, just workaholics, they replaced the slider and kitchen window, no stucco was broken, they cleaned up leaving not a single piece of debris, everything was perfectly done, you can’t go wrong with this company and employees

Found them on Google, super easy to make the appointment. We need it the latch of our back yard sliding door to be fixed/replaced The Technitian Christian Bustamante, was very polite and professional, price was more than expected but he explained why the mechanism could not be fix and a replacement had to be done, he also checked a few windows around the house and oil them. The job comes with warranty.

For the last couple months, we've had these mirror sliding heavy doors it just went roll right at all .. RALLY(technician) showed up and did outstanding job of fixing our doors. My wife stated that she's never had the door slide as well as it did after he repaired him he did an outstanding job should be recognized.. for his work ... !

Matthew Orduno was excellent. He went above and beyond to repair the door. It has never worked better and he provided tips to maintain it efficiency. I indicated to him, that there wasn’t enough time for him to examine and repair the windows today, which was included in my initial job request. I will contact you on Monday, September 23, 2024 for another appointment, to examine and repair the windows. We are very pleased with Matthew’s work.o

Not only was he able to diagnose my issue quickly, he was able to get it serviced immediately. Now, I’ll be the first to say that they are not cheap, and I was hesitant on the price having “repaired” my door and replaced the wheels more than one time; but for the level of speed, expertise, professionalism, and a pretty much “unconditional” guarantee from an established company-I feel like I got more than my moneys worth. Pedro was a professional technician. He was polite, communicative and very helpful. He will be the reason I return in the future in case I need more work done on anything else. The sliding door was the most competitive quote I received out of all the companies I contacted. They also actually changed the broken window while majority of other companies were trying to upsell me to buy a whole new window frame.

Christian arrived well within the scheduled time window and quickly evaluated my loose door hinge issue. He suggested options as to how a repair could be made with corresponding costs and recommended what he thought would be the most appropriate solution which I agreed to accept. He then efficiently fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. As with all repairs, only time will tell how good of a job was actually done but as of now, my only issue would be with the $275 cost; however, if this turns out to be a long lasting resolution then it's worth it and a job well done.
