Andy and Gael did an excellent job replacing 4 of my windows and my sliding glass door. They worked well together and were able to finish the job in about 4 hours, matching the "half-day" estimate Andy had told me. Andy willingly answered the few questions I had. I also learned a bit more by listening to Andy explain a few of the more obscure details of the job to Gael.

Our sliding glass patio door is over 50 years old. We contacted a few repair companies with little to no success. HOWEVER, when Armando & his assistant took the challenge, they were able to restore the sliding glass door to "LIKE-NEW" condition. They were most pleasant and exhibited outstanding KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIECE and knew exactly what needed to be done & just how to do it. The cost was a "little high" but well worth it ! After all, you get what you pay for. "VALUE" is my creed, and when everything is done right the first time, that spells excellent VALUE to me. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND "SLIDING DOOR REPAIR COMPANY" AS THE RIGHT CHOICE TO SATISFY ALL YOUR NEEDS !!!

I am very thankful for Angel's customer service. He took the time to listen and see the issues I was having and right away, was able to identify the right solution for me. In this tough economic times, Angel and his team were able to provide a discount on the windows I needed without me breaking the bank. The installation was quick with attention to quality control. Angel took the time to explain everything about the window, care instructions and left the work space clean. I am very pleased with my 1st residential window replacement. Job well done.

Chritian (Josiah) the technician we had today who replaced the sliding patio door rollers was superb. He was highly professional, friendly and cordial. He did a great job while respectfully interacting with us. He was diligent in cleaning the door tracks and making sure the final adjustments were perfect. Guillermo Beltran met me 3 weeks ago to replace our retractable screen door. He and his coworker (Alonzo?) removed our old door and installed the new one. Both men were polite and efficient. They asked my preferences about the track color. They cleared the debris and hauled away the old door.

As the weather has begun to warm up; it's time to open the doors and welcome the fresh air. However, our patio screen doors were in need of repair. So, after reading all the positive reviews on Google and Yelp; we chose the Sliding Door Repair Company.I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. That's when things got real interesting! Pedro Ramos; our Technician; showed up at the exact appointment time; immediately accessed our issue(s); provided an estimate and began the work.He then, replaced our screens. adjusted the doors on the door "track" (aligning them) and verifying they worked properly. Next, the aligned another exterior door on the house that hadn't been functional for quite some time. He made all the adjustments which fixed the door that other repair companies said would require a door replacement.We are thrilled with the work performed, and highly recommend the Sliding Door Repair Company.

Had a major issue getting our sliding glass door open and shut properly. I called the Sliding Door Repair Company to come out to evaluate and ultimately repair. Our tech Mason came out to the house on schedule, did the evaluation and repair in a timely manner, and was courteous and professional through the entire process. I definitely will use this company if I need this service again.

This is one of the most professional companies with which I’ve ever dealt. Before he arrived, they sent me a picture of him and his name. He came within the timeslot allotted, gave me an estimate, and after I approved it, he completed the work in a professional and efficient manner. He even cleaned the sliding patio door window. I can’t believe how well the door works now. We also had him replace the screen which looks fantastic. I highly recommend this company and you’re lucky if you get Angel.

I had such a great experience getting my custom screen door. My technician, Matthew and Andrew, were super professional and efficient. I have a regular swing door to my balcony and they were able to custom make a retractable screen door that helps keep the bugs out and my toddler in. Was definitely an investment, but it’s so much better than the crappy sticker screen that would fall whenever it got too hot! (they removed the old sticker glue too which was very kind)
