Cristian R and his co-worker, Anthony C, arrived within the arranged window {haha} of time and were exemplary in their work ethics. From their sweeping their feet on the doormat each & *every* time, to the way they gingerly moved our household items & curtains out of their way. They cleaned up their work area and made sure we were comfortable with the way the area was before they left - the way the best project work personnel should. So impressed, thank you gentleman for a job well done!

We had a great experience with Rally! He came out the same day, assessed our sliding screen door and gave us great options. I appreciated the explanation on what the problem with the door was too. I would definitely use these services again at our house!We also had a great experience with James. He fixed our window frame and replaced our damaged screen the same day. It was so nice and convenient. I was so thankful to have it all done and like new!

Matthew the technician was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was careful to wear shoe protectors, lay down mats during installation. Highly recommend this technician for his friendly professionalism. Although the pricing seems high we are satisfied with the lock replacement and double pane glass replacement for one small bathroom window.

Armando was very polite and professional knew exactly our issue and what to do about it. He had the parts ordered and was back to install them. He also looked at another issue we were having, Armando was honest and said we should check with the manufacturer regarding a possible warranty replacement. He even got us a contact number. We got the replacement under warranty. Thanks Armando!!!

I had recieved a lower price from one of your competitors but I did not feel confident with the young man. Im a retired Electrician / Project Manager / Estimator so when Angel came by the next day I immediately felt confident with his attitude, knowledge and personality. Love my new door. The installers Jonathan and Andy were very polite very respectful and did a great job. The door is gorgeous. I would have liked to had more communication from the procurement group as to why the door itself was delayed. Communication is key, but however the door is gorgeous and I will use this company again to work on the rest of my house.

I like how they send a text or email with the tech's name and photo.. they're open 24 hours,but couldn't send anyone right away after midnight so I had to take the 9am-noon appointment.. I was damn freezing all night couldn't even sleep..Angel tellez was very nice spoke very calm and understood my disability being deaf.. I understood him speaking to me..I was given discount, but still felt the price was high..He did a very good job on the window.. took his time which was ok to me.. cleaned up the broken glass pieces.. etc..Thank you for the repair..

Jonathan Perez and Andy replced three windows of my house yesterday. They had very good jobs. They carefully covered the floor and the bustub before remove the old windows. The new windows are very nice and they intalled very solid and details focused. Finally, they carefully cleaned the windows and the places they worked. I recommend to people whom need replace or repair the windows of their house.

James came the same day, gave us a quick an accurate estimate, and performed a repair job on our MASSIVE mirror, all in under an hour. Do yourself a favor and hire an actual professional, it was so worth it! The mirrors slide better than they EVER have, and he left our closet area clean. Thank you James.
