They answered the phone on a Saturday, answered questions and made me an appt. Israel arrived on time and had all the parts and tools already on his truck. He repaired an old closet door that had been driving me crazy for decades. He also looked at all my other issues and gave me quotes and ideas. Company and serviceman were very professional. The Sliding Door Repair Co. was so easy to communicate with. They did an excellent job of answering questions when I called and scheduled a tech to accommodate my work schedule. As a renter, I could have passed this repair onto my landlord but wanted to try to deal with it myself. The glazing broke around the exterior of the sliding door and the glass was popping out of the frame. I needed it fixed ASAP so that I could have my house secure and allow my dogs to go back outside in the patio. David arrived, took a look at what I was dealing with, gave the best option solution and several other options to fix the problem (I wasn’t looking to replace the entire door since I am a renter). David was able to put the glass back into the frame, seal it back in place, and even helped remedy an issue I was having with the rollers. Although David did point out a number of issues with the door, rollers, framing, etc. and recommended a new door be installed, he was still able to find a solution that met my immediate needs at an affordable price. I will be letting my landlord know about the repairs I had done and hopefully will get reimbursed, but if not, the cost was still affordable and the work is guaranteed for lifetime. I’ll also share the information David provided about the overall integrity and function of the door and the quote to have the entire thing replaced (also quite affordable and of much higher quality). David had the work done within an hour, was extremely friendly, and was kind enough to even put up with my very loud barking dogs (who were crated inside but still right in ear shot). Thank you SDRC for your easy and friendly scheduling and thank you David for the time and genuine care you put into to your work fixing my door. Your company is now saved as a contact in my phone. Hopefully I’ll have you back soon to do a complete replacement.

Andy Mendez was EXCELLENT. This patio door has been troublesome for years! I explained the problem and told him that I thought the problem was with the handle. He listened to me, did the trouble shooting and found a part for the handle in his truck and was able to fix it today! I am a happy customer and would use this company again if I need help with my other doors!
